Your Customer Profile

In order for you to purchase from this site and for us to serve you better, you need to create your Customer Profile. You can do this by selecting the Register link on the right navigation bar. This information is vital for our customer service department to be able to contact you if there are any problems with your order, or if there is anything we could be doing better for you.
 
Putting items in your Shopping Cart
Clicking the "Add to Basket" button places it into your Shopping Basket. From there, you can continue shopping or go to the My Basket page to complete your order. You can remove items from your Shopping Basket increase their quantity at any time before making the purchase.
 
Completing your purchase
To place an order, you must have registered. If you do not have an account, click "Your Basket" on menu bar, and you'll find the option right there. Creating a Profile is free and easy, and your information will only be used to process and ship your Watches Unlimited online orders. After logging in or creating a profile, review your choices, select your payment methods and click "Place Order."
 
Delivery
All orders are only for delivery within RSA (Republic of South Africa).All deliveries will have a charge of R150.00 per item or package. Goods will be delivered within 4-5 working days. When customers accept or sign proof of delivery he/she accepts all terms and conditions and that the goods have been delivered in good, correct working order and are the correct goods.
 
Returns – 14 day conditional guarantee on products
We guarantee your satisfaction with all Watches Unlimited online merchandise. You may return any faulty or damaged item within 14 days of delivery for a replacement of the model you bought - provided all the following is adhered to :
Watches Unlimited are notified within 48 hours of you receiving the goods.
The product has not been damaged, worn or used in any way
Goods are returned in/within complete original packaging, including the guarantee and instruction manual.
The product has a manufacturing fault only.
Product/s are not damaged through negligence, deliberate or accidental.
Customer has followed all instructions ie. Instructions on care, use, settting etc.
 
Returns will not be accepted if customers change their mind and would like another product or do not want product anymore.
 
To return an item, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number for each product that you would like to return.
Please mail our customer service department to have an RMA number issued for your return. Write your RMA number on the box you use to ship your return, include your packaging slip (or a copy of it) and wrap the item securely.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure the package. If the package is lost on return Watches Unlimited wil not be held responsible and no tracing enquiries will be issued from them.
